DIRECTION/STAGE MANAGEMENT
DUTCH MASTERS
By Greg Keller, Directed by Stephanie Shroyer
I had the absolute pleasure of stage managing The Odyssey Theatre Ensemble's Los Angeles debut of Dutch Masters in 2023. Working with Shroyer and the incredible actors John Snow and Christian Henley was one of the highlights of my career thus far. Along with stage managing, I was fortunate to shadow Shroyer as she directed, work the sound board and lights, design costumes and props (prop cigar box in the gallery to the left), and work alongside guest collaborators Steve Rankin, Jay Lee and Mary Joan Negro.
MUSIC AT THE ODYSSEY
Directed by John Snow
Beginning in late 2022 until present, I have been involved in stage managing and guest performing for The Odyssey Theatre Ensemble's "Music at The Odyssey" nights. They are lovely one night, cabaret-style shows to celebrate particular Theatre "greats" like Rodgers & Hammerstein, Sondheim, George Gershwin, etc, while also showcasing the talents of incredible performers.
My Odyssey Theatre biography is here!
UNNERVING BERLIN
Written by Taubert Nadalini and Sophie Thomason, Directed by John Snow
In 2023, and again in 2024, I stage managed a new musical called Unnerving Berlin at The Odyssey Theatre Ensemble. I helped build the set, called cues, ran lights and sound, and overall had a blast putting up this hysterical one person musical.
STUCK
Written and directed by Parmer Fuller
In 2023, I stage managed/production assisted Parmer and Cissa Fuller in their original Cast Recording of their new musical, Stuck. It was fascinating to learn about recording, as well as manage a large cast of young actors and minors. It is a musical brimming with joy, promise and spirit.
ET J'AIME COMME JE N'AI JAMAIS AIMÉ
Directed by Sophie Hankes
In 2021, in the midst of the pandemic, I decided it was time to make something. With two of my close friends in my COVID "bubble", Et J'aime Comme Je N'ai Jamais Aimé was born. Having a team I trusted and a project we all collaborated on, I was able to explore directing and starring in a project at once.
It can be enjoyed here.
